The brewhouse, supplied by the German company Kaspar-Schulz, produces 10 hectolitres of wort at a time to make beer, which is then fermented and matured over several weeks in distinctive tanks located in the Hanseatic Hall. All beers made at Piwnica Świdnicka are unpasteurised and unfiltered, and we use the highest quality raw materials.
