Philosophy
For the chef, everything starts with his ingredients. If the ingredients are good, there is no need for fancy cooking techniques. Pure, natural flavours are the noblest. Piwnica Świdnicka’s menu is based on the relationship of the four classical elements: earth, water, air and fire, each of which represents a taste – sweet, salty, sour and bitter.

The brewer of Piwnica Świdnicka emphatically embodies the principle: if fate has blessed you more generously than others, build a bigger table, not a higher wall. He brews and serves our guests excellent beverages. For him, beer is an extraordinary story that stretches through countries and peoples from Neolithic times to the present day. It is an extraordinary wealth of colours, flavours and aromas, interwoven with the biographies of extraordinary people, stories of war and love, success and failure.
